Online dessert shop where you can have cheesecake for delivery or self-pick up. All cheesecake have to pre-order at least 2 days in advance. Otherwise, you may pre-order once you have confirmed the delivery date to secure your order. Not available for dine in.

1) Can I change my order's details such as date/time, delivery address or items?

After ordering, delivery date/ time, delivery address and items changes aren't possible for delivery efficiency. Ensure all the details are correct beforehand. If necessary, kindly reach us at 010-7676829 at least 48 hours for further assistance.

2) Can I cancel my order once payment is made?

Yes, you may cancel the order at least 48 hours but non-refundable in the form of cash. Approved refunds or cancellations will result in store credit vouchers, valid for 1 year. For more information, kindly visit refunds and cancellations policy.

3) Can I choose a specific delivery time?

These are the available Delivery Time (Choose Either Time Range) : 11am - 1pm / 1pm - 3pm / 3pm - 5pm

We will deliver your order within your chosen time slot, we cannot commit to a specific time within that slot due to factors like traffic, weather and route planning. We don't deliver directly to high rise units or inside malls. Cheesecake are given at the lobby or drop off. For hotel or landed restaurants, we will deliver to the reception if reservation details are provided.

4) Can I self collection at your store ?

Yes, self collection is available from 11am - 5pm at our production kitchen at Infinity Tower. 

Kindly call us at 010-7676829 upon reached. We shall meet at the main lobby of Infinity Tower, SS6 for kerbside pick up. Don't worry ! It's 15 mins free entrance.

5) Can I customize or write messages on cheesecake?

We don't customize flavours or write wish messages on cakes. However, we provide a wish card as an option.

6) How much is the delivery fee and coverage area?

We are using third-party courier car delivery services within 50km from our store, covering mostly of the KL and Selangor area. The delivery fee is determined based on the estimated distance between our store to the postcode of delivery. The delivery fee will also be automatically calculated on the checkout page.

7) Are your cheesecake halal?

All cheesecake are made with Halal ingredients.

8) Allergen Warning

Most of the products contain eggs, bovine gelatine, dairy products and sugar. Some contain nuts and wheat. Kindly be cautious before consumption or purchase our cheesecake.

9) How long can the cheesecake last at room temperature?

Singlelayer is good to stay at room temperature for a better and creamy texture and is the best way to enjoy its sweetness and aroma if you like sweeter taste whereas duolayer can last up to 1.5 hours in room temperature before it gets too soft or melts.

10) How about travelling long distance?

We advise you to prepare yourself an ice bag with more and more ice packs if travelling long distance with high AC with max 3 hours. Keep in the fridge immediately once arrived at your destination.
